Request an Apple Verification Call

Step 1: Gather information

You'll want the following information on hand for your Apple verification call:

– Enrollment ID
– Legal Organization Name
– Email Associated with the Account/Apple ID:
– Work Email
– Organization Phone Number
– Organization Address

Step 2: Request a Call

Request for a representative from Apple to call you by:

1. Logging into your Apple Developer Account
2. Click "Support"
3. Click "Contact Us"
4. Choose "Membership and Account"
5. Choose "Program Enrollment"
6. Choose "Phone"

Step 3: Answer the Call

Here are some of the questions you'll likely be asked:

What's the reason for your call?

Verifying our enrollment in the Apple Developer Program.

Are you a direct employee of the organization?

You must answer "yes."

What is your role with the organization?

Do not say volunteer.

Do you have the legal authority to bind the organization in legal agreements with Apple?

You must answer "yes."

What program are you enrolling for?

The Apple Developer program to publish a free app

Do you want to add anyone else to the account to create security measures?

Step 4: Finish your enrollment
